I just wanted to leave a review letting you know your employees leaving a 5 star review doesn’t count 😂. You guys have horrible customer service. Also the young lady with the long blonde hair is extremely unprofessional and rude because she doesn’t know how to handle a stressful situation correctly. I was very embarrassed for her.

Placed an online order, the employee working called and said they closed the store early and could not fulfill our order but they also could not refund me because they were new. Said the manager would call. 3 days later the manager still never called and no refund had been processed so I went into the store. They took down my information and said they couldn’t force the manager to do anything. Still no contact from the manager and still no refund weeks later. Will never be eating here again.
I normally don't leave reviews, good or bad however I used to be the manager at a subway and I know this is unacceptable. I work as an over night nursing aid. I showed up at this location at 9:30pm to locked doors and an employee mopping the store avoiding eye contact. If you don't close until 10pm locking the doors before 930pm in crazy. Now I have to go to work with no lunch all because they decided they were gonna choose what time they locked the door.
