Made online order went in and The girl at the counter had an attitude for absolutely no reason and told me they didn’t have any pizza and that I need to call the number on the door to get a refund, but nobody answers the phone so I guess I’ll have to call my credit card and dispute the charge
This subway restaurant does not answer your calls. I am a nurse that works nights and I try to order here and sometimes when there are issues with an order and they just cancel and never reach out to let you know why and they do not pick up their phones at night. This is terrible. Sometimes they also send whatever they want when they don’t have something instead of reaching out to ask if this is ok.
The people made the place. Friendly and welcoming. The food was prepared to perfection.
I’ve been here a few times recently to be disappointed. I only like the meatball sub and twice when I’ve been there they didn’t have any meatballs and another time I went there they didn’t have any sub bread. So 3 times I ended up without a sub and had to go else where to eat. Staff is really friendly and nice. But How can you run a sub business and not have bread to make the subs? Must be bad management or something.
