staff definitely need training on how to speak to costumers and costumer services they had no personality and was borderline rude. the warps were stale and they weren’t done properly. even grabbed a cookie out with no tongs after making subs and cooking tasted like pickles so loved that. 👎
Where do I even start? This place is an absolute joke. The staff are completely incompetent. I ordered online for 5:40pm because I had work at 5. When I got there, I asked the girl at the counter if my order had double meat like I paid for—since last time they forgot it. Of course, it didn’t. I asked for it to be remade, and another staff member came out. They started making it with chicken strips instead of chicken classic. After having to remake it a THIRD time, my order was finally ready… at 4:58pm.
No coffee any more, stale cookies sometimes..staff have no personality. Very hit and miss ..dirty shop most days .
