Tried to get food just now. The door was opened and there was a worker there. However, she said they were closed. So, they're physically open, but economically closed. Sounds to me like they don't want anyone's money.
Placed an online order for pick up. Requested both sandwiches to be toasted in the special instructions because there is no TOASTED button as she said there was. Also the veggies were FROZEN. I requested a refund for my sandwiches. Then the manager calls back and tried to have me drive back for new ones... I don't have time. Didn't offer free ones a different day.... told her the second time just refund my money then proceeded to make excuses.... not interested in excuses just refund my money please.
The girl working did not tell us they had no condiments until she had all but one sandwich started. All sandwiches were meat only and we had to pay full price. Subway is overpriced to begin with but without any condiments on the sandwiches it is complete highway robbery
