My family and a large group of friends from our church went there on the second Friday of this September, and had a rather negative experience. I ordered a personal favorite, the pit-smoked brisket on Italian bread with smoked cheddar and barbecue sauce. Normally I get that sandwich with an assortment of veggies and peppers, along with extra BBQ cuz I mean hey, who doesn't like that?? I hate to post a bad review, but I've never seen employees so disinterested in providing any level of customer service. There was hardly any communication, and the ordering process crept along at less than a snail's pace, when we were the only people in line for two employees to manage. The sliders had horribly dry bread that you could hardly bite or chew, but the wrap and sandwich were good.
