My husband ordered online and went to go pick it up at 6:30. They don’t close until 7 so I’m not sure why the doors are locked and the workers stood there and smirked as he was trying to tell them he was there to pick up his food. He tried to call and they laughed and walked away from the phones mind you he is right there watching all of this. Completely unprofessional and hopefully I can actually get ahold of someone tomorrow to get it refunded cause we don’t want the soggy sandwich anyways
Very professional and fast service. Called us generic though for all getting turkey. Smelled kinda weird.
Cohen who works there was very rude to me telling me that I couldn’t get the stuff that I ordered. He called my order weird and then as I left proceeded to call me gay and obese. I also believe that he overcharged me but I don’t really know.
Best of the subway chain in walworth county- others around her count pickles this one gives you a whole sandwich
