Went through the drive through this morning and was super impressed with the service I got. Katherine was super friendly and had my food ready for me before I even got to the window! I’m always very satisfied with my experience here!
I ordered my sub at the counter and after a 5 minute wait my sub was ready. I sat at the table to eat and the sub was not what I ordered. It got mixed up with the lady in front of me. I went to the counter to give them the meatball sub back and I told them I ordered the Philly. I went back to my table and after 10 minutes, no sub. I went to the counter to ask why they didn't make me the sub I ordered and they had no answer. The workers were very rude, the manager didn't seem to care and was very rude, too!
