Amazing work
They charged me for a sandwich i never received when i ordered through the app. Jeffery the owner called me and assured me the issue would be resolved and i haven't heard anything back except for customer support emailing me saying the issue was resolved when nothing was done. All they needed to do was make a sandwich and apparently thats too much to ask for at subway. If i had more hands i’d give them 10 thumbs down
I ordered a ham lettuce,cucumber,parroting cheddar cheese what i got was ham carrot cucumber you could shoot peas through them a sprinkle of lettuce and a sprinkle of grated cheese.not worth $20
Friendly staff, Lovely young girl kindly let us eat on the outside chairs and table when the shop was closing and stayed back so we didn't have to rush to eat our meal.
The senior lady at the counter was incredibly rude and nasty. I wonder how she is in hospitality industry while carrying this attitude! I generally don’t care and don’t raise concerns about bad behaviour but I was shocked to see how curtly she spoke to my son just because he was touching bit of counter glass while ordering. All through she carried this annoyed and constipated look. I am aghast and absolutely dumbfounded. Never seen this lack of mannerism before by someone’s from this industry,

I immediately called the store and asked to speak to the young man who made my sandwich. After I explained the issue, he insisted he had made it correctly and repeatedly implied that I was lying. He asked me to read the receipt to him again, but even after I did, he continued to insist he “fixed it right.” While I was still on the phone, he began talking to his coworker about my order and incorrectly stated that I had claimed mayonnaise was on the sub—which I had never said.
