Understaffed. Two staff present were so slow and underprepared. Had very little bread left to offer, had to wash a warming pan to heat meat, put hardly any veg on sandwich. Took 1/2 hour to get 4 wraps. Out of options other people were asking for.
Once my sandwiches were ready and upon payment, I was informed that they didn’t take coupons. The young lady that helped me was very nice in explaining why so. It is understandable that these coupons don’t maximize profit and if anything make the owner lose money. However, (with my coupon being the only reason I went to Subway to begin with), it would have been nice to see a sign before hand so I could have avoided finding out you don’t take coupons until it was time to pay.
