I ordered a meatball footlong and neither side had the sandwich liner under it before it was wrapped up. Driving down the road it was difficult to eat as the marinara sauce was leaking through the wrapper and toppings and sauce was dropping through the holes. Please make sure to use the liner!! The team member was courteous and had good conversation otherwise. It would be nice to have more drink options at Subway shops but that is a bigger issue.
Service is wishy washy. I went there twice in the past month. First time was amazing. Second time the customer service was very rude and she rolled her eyes when I asked for something. It was quite expensive because she also did not let me use any of my coupons.
Service was drab...got no hello, or what would you like, or any response when walking in. Employee just stared at me for like a minute until I spoke, was awkward...lol food was good, minus the fact that the oven overcooked my bread, was a little crispy. Never got asked if I wanted a new one made, which I should have. But I'm not too picky. It's subway... Second time we visited, the service was better. Still pricey...
