I’m not one to make reviews about anywhere but came to subway today & the man there was so rude i tried to just be nice & use my manners but he was consistently rude, need to work on customer service
Need to improve the customer service
I placed an order thru uber eats and shortly after got a phone call from someone who was very rude. They proceeded to say that my order didn’t make sense all because I asked “for sauce on the southern style chicken bites please”. He said that this made no sense and that if I did it again he was going to cancel my order. He just kept saying “yeh you make no sense, your Order doesn’t make sense” all I did was ask for sauce like damn. Was very nice here when I came, employee that served me was very good and experienced. The food was fresh and tasted delicious, couldn't expect anything more of a subway. Will be visiting again.
