the little girl making sandwiches was rude and unprofessional, when i called to tell them the chicken on my sandwich smelt spoiled and that the bacon was not cooked, just because shes the one who made the sandwich there was nothing wrong with it??? okay will gladly drive an extra minute or two to another location than visit this rude unprofessional location again.
I really wanted to praise the ladies today. Although it was hectic they were able to get out the food as soon as they could. I know with labor percentage it can be hard to schedule more than one or two employees but honestly a third person would have been better for the flow. I waited about 15 minutes and that's okay but its a crunch especially during lunch time. With online orders, trying to get drive thru, and inside customers I feel that's a bit overwhelming. So two days ago,at another location. I had got this new Foot Long Nacho, and I was impressed. I liked it so much I thought that get another one, around the corner from my house. The employee put all the chips in one spot. Cut 2 little onions, 2 small tomato slices and there you go, with an attitude.... boo
I love Subway. It is the only fast food restaurant that I can eat at repeatedly, without getting burned out on it. Be sure to add jalapenos to anything you order then you will understand.
