Went through the drive thru. Waited more than 15 min. One person ahead of me, nobody entered the parking lot after me.... what in the world?????? I only ordered 2 items and a bottled water......

I come to this Subway location pretty often because it’s conveniently located across the street from where I work, so I’ve given this location plenty of chances. I usually order through the Subway app because it allows me to customize my sandwich exactly the way I would in the store, including requesting extra of the ingredients I want.
