The staff are always positive and friendly, despite being busy. The food is always fresh and delicious. This is my most favourite Subway in Newcastle.
I ordered veggie petty footlong and I found live insect in my food also their vegetables are not taste like fresh. I shouldn’t expect this from subway. Please take an quick action on it.
Usually pretty good however I did an order on the app (clearly states how they should be) and still managed to mess up the 3/4 subs (not wanting toasted/received toasted and 2 subs were on bread that wasnt meant to be) got asked to leave my number to receive a call back which I got 10 mins later and responded with "you can bring them back and we can remake them for you" or there's nothing we can do... no compensation nothing at all
Ordered on app for someone else to pick up. Didn't give or tell them about drink. Tried to call but got a very rude message. Had to waste petrol going to get it yet no offer of compensation. Normally so good but shouldn't presume person picking up knows what was ordered.
