Had a great experience there today with my sister. The gentleman at the counter was alone, so friendly and helpful and patient. We really enjoyed our Sub and time there.

I just ordered a footlong sub, when I came back home and began eating, it was nice till I found out a woman hair in it. I am deeply disappointed with this store owner/worker (a woman was serving). I called them to tell them about this before putting a review, she very rudely hang up on me saying, “bring the sub along with the hair that went in your mouth and I will see”. I visited this Subway location today for lunch and had a really great experience. The restaurant was clean, the environment was friendly, and the sandwiches were delicious. I ordered four 12” subs and one 6”, and even though it took a bit of time to prepare everything, the staff handled it patiently and professionally. While I was there, I noticed some customers trying to create unnecessary problems for the employee who was serving them. My friend ordered a foot-long sub from this place, and there was a big piece of hair in it. When I called, the woman who answered was extremely rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. I didn’t want anything from the store—I called just to let them know about the issue—but instead of apologizing, they started assuming I was lying to get a free sandwich. It was supposed to be my lunch at work, and now I have to starve until I'm done. This is ridiculous. I’m not going to order from this store again. Very bad experience.
