The restaurant is supposed to be open until 7:30pm. Why is it already closed at 7pm with employees cleaning up the floors, putting away the ingredients and checking the register??? Very, very weird. I understand that these things have to be done but it is probably wise to do them after serviceable hours???

Saturday 15th march at 9:50am. My family and I walked into subway in narrabri. Walked up to the counter where there was no other customers to be served. Thinking we would get served was a mistake. The female worker didn't even acknowledge us for a few minutes then said won't be long. While the other guy just walked around for no reason doing small tasks that didn't need to be done while your customers have been standing there for 5 mins. Subway Naabri has completely destroyed any respect I had for the brand. The service here was beyond disgraceful. The staff member working during my visit didn’t acknowledge us at all - no greeting, no smile, no effort whatsoever. Instead, she spent three full minutes wiping a bench while we stood there, ignored and awkward. At least the bench was spotless, which is more than I can say for the rest of the experience.
