Absolutely abysmal customer service. Sat and waited almost 20 minutes for an order placed online that was placed 20 minutes before I even showed up to the store. One employee "working" while another sat in the back and then sat in the dinning room. This is a garbage store and needs to just be shut down. There is absolutely no reason for this store to exist. Close down so there is available for an actual successful business to run.
I asked to use the bathroom one time before got told that I could go to the bathroom even with the no public restrooms sign up the people that are in there now are very rude im glad I dont eat here anymore
1 footlong online order, and I'm told I have to wait until the employee gets up from sitting on his break.. seriously only 1 person here and I get he needs a break. But now there is more people waiting from online orders, that he won't serve. How are we suppose to know when we put an order in that the only one employee is on break?
