Wow, worst customer service I have had in years. Employee 420 as it states on receipt was beyond rude. No hello, no talking hardly at all actually and seemed extremely annoyed I was there. It's been a long time since I had to bite my tongue like that. Very rude and disrespectful. Wth is going on with the subways around here? Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I walked in and he (associate 420, stated on the receipt) didnt say anything or greet me. And when he was taking my order, he was extremely unprofessional and just plain rude and sloppy. Was impatient, and just seemed miserable to be there! Im honestly thinking of not coming back to any subway ever. This is the 3rd or 4th bad experience between two locations. Just ridiculous.
I ordered curbside pick up. There's was no one at the store and I waited 15 minutes on my car. When I finally got into the store to see what was going on, the order was ready on the pickup stand. I claimed that I ordered curbside and the employee, who was seated on one of the tables, said they weren't notified it was curbside pickup. When I got back to my car and looked at the receipt, really big in capital letters read CURBSIDE. I'm guessing this store is about to close as it's always empty and with this kind of service....
Be prepared to order from a kiosk, this is not the way.
