Ordered 4 - 12” subs Simply asked for 1 of the subs meatballs and sauce to be wrapped separately from bread because son didn’t get off work till a bit later and trying to avoid a soggy sub … asked about a separate container, because she refused to double wrap in paper- like a salad bowl we’d have to be charged for a whole salad for just the container next ok how about a soda cup they’d have to charge you for a soda …. Over charged me for asking for extra pickles, the lady was rude and unprofessional just because i wanted extra pickles, then tried to charge me for more “sets” of pickles than she gave me. Very disappointed in this lady and her professionalism
Website deals are not honored in person and take out orders are not built to satisfactory quality (per previous experience). I just paid double for my sandwich because of this.
This is the worse experience I have ever had at a subway..I had to settle for veggies that I didn't want. There were no peppers and I could not get the sub I want e because there were no meatballs prepped. Terrible service
