Wish I could give Negative 5!. Ordered Baja chicken protein sandwich & ask the woman to add bell peppers 'SHE REFUSED STATED SHE HAD TO MAKE IT LIKE THE PICTURE!' Really, I' come here often and both the other woman & man will add bell peppers , even jalapeño. You're Not consistent I told her. If you can't add a few strps of peppers. Worst Subway I have ever been to. Hard crusty bread, two pieces of meat, and half a piece of bacon. My daughter said "Mom I got a lettuce, tomatoes sandwich there's no meat". As much as it costs, this was unacceptable. Shame on them.
always making the food incorrectly when an online order is placed. rude staff that enjoys eating in front of customers while making orders. never have stocked shelfs for chips or drinks. always full of excuses while never attempting to fix the issue.
The Customer Service at this Subway is exceptional. . The store staff use excellent hygiene when making the sandwiches. The staff are friendly and if there is even a minute or two wait they apologize. Which is not really necessary. They make the sandwich to the customers desire. The store is very clean and It is A plus all around.
As much as we enjoy the subs we find the subway app frustrating to say the least. For weeks on end we've been trying to order 2 subs and after our selections modified tip and delivery instructions we go to pay and the subway app tells us they can't accept a credit/debit card or we get a spinning cookie telling us that our payment is being processed but never does. I tried to get help from Subway but all the phone numbers listed are of no use, what's a one time loyal customer supposed to do? Go back to Mr. Sub?
This is the best subway and the new Manager they got is all about customer service also her employees have really picked up the pace and they all make a beautiful sandwich friendly smiling well hygiene and it's so clean I come here three times a week
THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER ATTENDED. The staff was perfect, with a special shout out to Bobby my goat. Amazing vibes and good. Is a must when visiting America. Would rate higher if possible.
Excellent experience! Ordered online and all our subs were exactly what we requested. The rolls were very fresh as were the condiments on our subs. Employees were friendly & helpful. Will definitely be back!!
Store is so clean and staff are always inviting especially the manager melissa. Sandwiches are great!
