I’ve been going here off and on for years. The lady working was rude to me and said that’s how we do it the cheese has to be on top. The rudeness was what got me.
This store has messed up my order, again! I had to prove to the store, in person, that they messed up even though I am sick, just so I could feed my children or wait until the next time management was in store, policy I guess. When I arrived instead of remaking the sandwich they handed me a cookie bag of cheese so I could fix their mistake with a note that said "Hope this makes up for it 》 Extra cheese in bag.". Extremely, extremely disappointing!!
This is one of my favorite Subway stores. The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and fills my order quickly.
They didn’t heat my chicken bacon sub- disgusting!!! So much for a hot sub. In my 40 years this hasn’t happened. I’m crippled so I couldn’t oversee the making of it
