Very disappointed with my experience. I accidentally placed an order through the Subway app and realized my mistake immediately. I called the store within one minute of submitting the order to ask if it could be canceled, but they refused. What made the experience even worse was how rude the lady was on the phone. Rather than trying to help or show any understanding, she was dismissive and made it clear she wasn't interested in finding a solution. I have never left a one-star review, I’m beyond offended by how the manager behaved. We love Subway and use the app to do our orders, for whatever reason it defaulted to my last order location (2 hours from my current location). I noticed the mistake within less than 10 seconds and called. The manager answered the phone and said she would not cancel or refund as the order had already been started. There is a trio of older ladies working here and they make the sandwich perfect every time! My wife and I come to this location specifically for lunch quite often. Amazing service ♥️11/10

Got dinner for my family on 7/7/26 at about 5pm and there were 3 ladies working. The one shorter one with dark hair was extremely rude! She was snappy with everything she said and had an attitude. She even argued with me about bell peppers! I said Bell peppers and she thought I said something else and proceeded to argue with me about what I said. I KNOW WHAT I SAID! her attitude and rudeness started right from the bread all the way down the line. This is my go to place; not anymore.

Google Maps was confusing - I called the store and asked if it's by Grizzlies. Woman said she didn't know and told me to google it and said we're too busy to help then she hung up. Found this store just on the other side of Grizzlies. Come on!! She didn't kno? Then while we were there one of the older women who seemed like she might be the manage talked down to some Latino customers. Literally told them they were "doing it wrong" regarding how they were ordering. OMG.
