Very disappointed with my experience. I accidentally placed an order through the Subway app and realized my mistake immediately. I called the store within one minute of submitting the order to ask if it could be canceled, but they refused. What made the experience even worse was how rude the lady was on the phone. Rather than trying to help or show any understanding, she was dismissive and made it clear she wasn't interested in finding a solution.
