Worker was to lazy to walk back to get the cheese that she ran out of tried to pretend that she put it on there
I just find it insane how small they’ve made the meat balls and that they dont add extra to the sandwich not for the option of extra and having to pay extra but for the option of actually filling a sandwich that people pay $11+ for. The tiny meatballs are shoved in the corner of the bread and the rest is just cheese and bread or just bread.
I am writing to express my absolute frustration and disappointment with a recent order I placed at your establishment. I have never had an experience this poor, and frankly, it was a complete waste of my money. I placed my order online, which should have made the instructions clear and easy to follow.
