Hi everyone, I have ordered 2 footlong from subway and hour ago I was eating that, I found hair in it i called at store and told him but Firstly he said "kyaa baat kr rhe ho".indirectly he said I am lying. I visited Subway yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member seemed quite unhappy and was more focused on swiping and mopping than taking my order. He appeared to be in a rush, which made the ordering process feel hurried and uncomfortable. Customer service is an important part of the experience, and I felt it was lacking during my visit. I hope this can be improved in the future so customers feel more welcomed and attended to.It was near to 6:00 pm Monday 2026/3/30
The young gentleman working tonight is always so friendly and welcoming! We haven’t been in a while and he remembered us from months ago! Super polite and funny! Keep up the good work!
