The last time we got sandwiches there the people were very RUDE and the sandwiches had little to nothing on them. They do not honor the coupons that get sent in the mail and they will cancel your orders online if you use coupons. They are not friendly and I would 10/10 recommend ordering from somewhere else.
Ordered in the app as I normally do for subs. Used buy footlong then second for $1. Picked up my food, but the worker guy said they don’t use these codes. I did get my subs, but why complain to me about your store policy. If you don’t offer coupons then get your store off the app!! It’s not my fault the franchisee is dumb. Who uses the app to pay full prices? Btw, my sandwiches were ok, the bread was not cooked completely for some reason and not toasted as requested.
If you order on the app and enter a coupon, they will cancel your order. Save yourself some time and go to the Subway/Zeus on Veterans in Carencro.
