It is very disappointing to see staff using the till taking payment and then going straight back to the counter, making sandwiches. I really wanted that sandwich so I decided not to walk out after seeing the person on the till do it a couple of times and they did the same as she approached me to ask me what I wanted on my sandwich and I said, wash your hands and change your gloves first, she tried denying her downplaying what I had seen, but that is disgusting.
Staff was really helpful and also served very quick and also they change their hand gloves two times while making my sandwich
