I went to this subway on 4/4/26 at 6:50pm, expecting to buy a sandwich, but instead I encountered two of the worst employees at this store( A guy and a gal.). When I walked in I noticed they were making sandwiches for a telephone order, but I would've thought I would get a hello or "I'll be right with you," they didn't even look up at me. I never felt so disregarded. I eventually walked out and boughty my sandwich at Fox pizza. This is one Subway I will never go to. The customer service was horrible!!!
Ordered pickup that was supposed to be ready at 6:05. Went inside and tried to pick up my order and my order was not even started until 6:22 and I did not leave until 6:40. Only one person was staffed for the entire store including the drive through. Gloves were not changed and hands were not washed the entire time either.
I LOVE SUBWAY
Poor quality service in the drive through. They will prioritize everyone else before you then forget you ordered and ask you what you want again before spending another 20 in the drive through.
Kayla was an absolute pleasure assisting us and very personable. It’s a damn SHAME management put her alone with no support to run a whole shift by themselves!! A minor who has no help and yet still had an upbeat energy and smile. Management is LUCKY to have such a resilient worker. I’m absolutely happy with Kayla’s customer service but this location?
