Today 10-30-2025 The lady working makes a brilliant sandwich and the gentleman convinced me to get extra cookies and I have no regrets
The manager of this location is HORRIBLE. constantly cuts down her employees in front of customers, takes no accountability for her actions. Talks so loudly about personal business for the entire building to hear about “how she has to pee so bad”. Truly disgusting behavior. I feel absolutely horrible for the male employee who is just trying to do his job without being publicly humiliated and antagonized. Hopefully she is spoken to from higher authority and learns to be professional, as a manager should.
I stopped in today and got a sandwich and the food was fine. The service was slow and at one point one of the workers stopped making my sandwich to say hello and make out with her boyfriend. She was more interested and concerned with that than my food. To me it was a very unprofessional and not appropriate action.
