Just your typical Subway. It is a clean restaurant that is well-stocked. There wasn't much conversation with the employees, but that's typical for most fast food these days. Regardless, the food was fresh and made correctly.

There was a lady working tonight (7:07 pm 2025-08-06) she needs to be retrained in sanitary practices. She made 2 sandwiches and handle cash then went on to make another sandwich all without changing gloves. The young man working was amazing. Toaster was down so asked if he could put it on the panini press(which he did), even changed gloves from putting it on the press to taking it off. Same thing happened again on Oct 15th 2025. Ordered double meat but got the salad or my life instead. Apparently meat here is more endangered than a rare Pokémon.
Terrible service, girl serving me had an attitude the moment my friends and I walked in. I got a 6” steak n bacon and asked for a bit more meat as she barely put any on in the first place and then proceeded to charge me double the price because it’s “double meat” did not make sense and she said oh well to me… I thought the sub would be good but oh boy was I wrong, super soggy and tasted well undercooked. paid $14 for the worst sub and even worse service. Will not go back STAY AWAY and go somewhere local to Parry Sound
