Food and portions were good. The food prep area was clean. 1 lady working was nice the other younger one couldn't/ wouldn't smile if you gave her a winning lotto ticket. Thank cones l goodness for coupons because it's expensive without them.
They were very accommodating as our English accents were tough on them
I'm would rate lower if possible. Spent 22 minutes in the drive thru, finally get to pay and I asked the girl to add a $2 tip. She responded that she didn't know how to do that. I asked for my receipt and it has a $5.50 tip on it. She brought over another guy who said I'll get a manager. 6 minutes later, I drove away without ever seeing one.
Worst Subway in Ohio. This franchise should be closed. Messed up every online and in-person order.
