My son dropped his 6" sub in the parking lot as soon as we walked out the door. Out the wrapper all over the ground. It was a simple steak lettuce mayo sub. I came in, throwing the bread and remanants away in front of staff. The sub maker called her manager to see if she could remake it for us free of charge. He/ she said I would have to pay for another one, which I had got on a coupon deal, because it was dropped outside the store. I have worked the food industry, and I understand getting busy. But why online order and then wait over 20 minutes past pickup time because of a line inside? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of online ordering? Food was ICE cold. Bread was hard from like a freezer
