Upon arrival to the store was greeted and the facility was very clean Reva was our Sandwich Creator She was very nice and informative I was bold and tried the New Protein Pocket I had the Baja Chicken I was surprised that she had to make it exactly like what her cheat sheet said So I also got the Banana Peppers on the side Other than that.... Today, I came in with a client of mine and was genuinely blown away by the friendliness of the staff. Zach is very personable and does his job so good that I was genuinely surprised to learn her was new! There was another woman working, Reva, that was just as sweet as could be. My client has autism and has some anxiety about people, and both of you made him feel so comfortable and you deserve the world for it!! Keep doing you, both of you ❤️ and the subs tasted great btw and the place was clean!
Dear subway- thank you for a 9 day old bread and a sandwich that my 7 year old would put more effort to prepare. You people have competition and door dash delivers from JJ and jersey mikes now to Norwalk. I for a fact will not order from you again. Do better. Be better. Take pride or be out of business.
Worst experience at subway I’ve ever experienced with family. I used the fl1299 deal so it wasn’t 30 dollars but these two girls working were rude and the sandwiches had frozen meat still and were not edible. Health department would have had a day long job at this location if they came. 4 sandwiches and not one made correctly and I sat in the empty parking lot the whole time waiting while it took then 20 minutes to make these.
Karen has amazing customer service skills. She was very friendly, efficient and the food was delicious.
