The staff here are great
Online orders JUMPING the line have got to stop! We were on the subway on a Saturday. It was a bit busy, but I have seen worse lines before. It took nearly 20 minutes to reach the cashier, with only 6 people ahead of us. Why were online orders allowed to jump ahead of us? The staff working the line were so disorganized that they dropped everything to take care of these orders first, rather than help the people who had been waiting in line. Come on, SUBWAY, stop putting these orders ahead of the people who actually showed up.
I love this place its close to my school, nashwaaksis middle school. I'm 11 years old and come from a low income family with a single foster mother with thirteen foster siblings. Even with how impoverished i am, I always try to stop by this subway to see my favorite employees. I love this place!!!!!! I love the BMTs!!!! I'd sell my dog for subway! Love, Emily
