I would love to sing the praises of this establishment, but the counter person, Denise, while an expert in making the sandwich, she should never be placed at the front counter. She made an excellent sandwich, but the attitude was thick with sarcastic niceness. She never greeted us, the first words out of her mouth was "what kind of bread", and it went south from there. While I will visit Subway again, just not this one if Denise is there.

I don't understand why when you order online, the people making your sandwich take it upon themselves to substitute toppings as they see fit. You have all of my info, if you can't make the sandwich like I ordered it from your app then check with me on what I'd like in stead. And then when I pick up the order, no mention of making my sandwiches other than what I ordered. Your substitutions have made my sandwich inedible. Thanks.
Elissa was unnecessary rude, rolling her eyes everytime I asked for something, shaking her head in disappointment everytime, and slamming down trays .
