Not welcoming feels more than uncomfortable to stay and eat....it's frowned upon to sit and enjoy ur meal at a table .....additude like they get mad at u for dining in cuz they go have to maybe clean a table or two. PEOPLE CAN FEEL THAT NON SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY
The customer service was subpar; they incorrectly prepared my sandwiches. Although we were instructed to return to rectify the issue, upon arrival, we were informed that a remake wasn't possible despite initial assurances. Furthermore, they attempted to toast our sandwiches with all the fillings intact after previously stating a remake was feasible. This resulted in the worst experience I've ever had.
I ordered online and the driver showed up to get the order, he was told by the employee that they would not make the order because they had in store customers. waited an hour and a half and never received my food!!
