I am currently in the ER. I ordered three sandwiches for my family and had to send my two children, ages 9 and 13, to pick it up since I'm still waiting to be called back. (Is been about 4 hours now.) The elevator from the ER entrance is shut down for the evening so my sons have to venture out of the building, around the corner to the main entrance, then they have to find the Subway and pick up our order. Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option . I ordered through Uber eats. My order arrived with a receipt with everything I ordered, but when I opened the bag my chips were not in the bag and the wrong cookies . Tried to call the store and I kept getting hung up on. I will never ordered from this store again.
Denise was extremely rude & not comforting for a first time customer at this location. She makes you feel small & talks to you like you are dumb. Terrible customer service.
I won’t eat here again every thing was bad bread,was steal tomatoes had a taste to them meat dry and service wasn’t bad but wasn’t good either.
Only giving one star because zero is not possible. Waited in line for ten minutes while they made multiple other sandwiches for order they had. Not one of the three employees acknowledged us. Walked away hungry after a two hour drive to visit a loved one. Never again
