I wasn’t planning to leave a public review, but the owner’s sarcastic response to my honest feedback changed my mind. I took advantage of Subway’s deal of buy one footlong, get another for $1 by ordering through the Subway app (so yes, I have proof of what I ordered). Unfortunately, what I received was far from acceptable. I asked for pepper jack cheese, got provolone. I requested less tomatoes and received none. my issues not with the store itself, but the subway app. It is not user-friendly and could wind up getting somebody sick or sent to the hospital. It amazes me that you can’t make changes to your favorites if you forget to take something off and there’s no way to delete your favorite either. I tried to talk to Sammy, the subway, smart chat, and it couldn’t help me because my message was way too long because they only allow 250 characters. Which is ridiculously short.
