Snead subway really needs some new management. Everytime I go the employees are all but rude. This morning I went before work (9am) and the only bread they had cooked was wheat. The only meat was chicken, ham and turkey. The only cheese was provolone and pepper jack. The lettuce looked like it has been sitting outside all day. #23 Spicy Italian Sub footlong. Plus 1 for $1.00. I just Don't understand why they call it Spicy, When there is NOTHING SPICY on it. It would be Better if it came with Capricola Ham and Pepper Jack Cheese as the Standard items for the Sub. I Tend to Load it up with Double the meat's and the Fresh looking Veggies that I get. No Greeting, hesitant to take order, Not very friendly Bread old , Unclean topping station, store in general not clean.
Bro, what happened to this Subway? Why are they serving brown lettuce and what's up with those cucumbers? And none of the staff has any situational awareness nor do they care about customer service. Specifically asked for my sub not to be toasted, lady put it in the oven anyway. I said something and another employee told me "She's on a role today"....what kind of service is this?
