Very poor sandwiches. None of our food was correct. Charged for extra meat, did not receive. Used to be a good place, very poor excuse for a place to eat. Try to call and nobody will answer a phone.
I placed a pick up order on the app. When I got to the store the woman working was very rude and said your stuff is over there and walked away. I noticed juice boxes missing and when I asked she said get them yourself and walked in the back. We took our subs to the beach. I ordered for myself and 6 children. Every single sub was incorrect… items were substituted without asking me. For example every sub had provolone cheese and instead of bell peppers they put banana peppers. Love subway
About 50% of the time, my food is prepared incorrectly. I place online orders because of the great deals, but it seems that the Belding location doesn't pay attention to the details of my orders. Today, for instance, my flatbread footlong was folded hamburger-style. I had to rearrange the ingredients by hand before eating. When I moved the veggies into the correct position, I realized that the portion was actually much smaller than a footlong. Another sub I ordered had very small portions and was missing ingredients.
