The staff was very unfriendly and did not want to make our subs to our satisfaction. They were skimping out on adding vegetables as if they were trying to save themselves pennies. I just would go to another location. We had called earlier and they did not even know they were next to Great Harvest Co which is literally right next to them. Not sure what is going on with them.
I had a coupon which I’ve used many times in the past years then the coupons are available. We were excited because we don’t eat subway very often but usually really enjoy it when we do. I usually use coupons on the app and this was my first paper coupon. I used the 2 ft longs for 12.99 and they were very rude and would not give me a few extra pickles or mayo because “it’s already cheaper and we are not going to give you anything extra”. Lovely
Reading thru the reviews after my first dining experience, it looks like there is a pattern here - reduced portions of meat, veggies but what got me the most was when I asked for a cup for water, the guy working there tell me " ONLY WATER AND ICE" in the most condescending, disrespectful and demeaning manner! Obviously the reviews here on Google does not seem to impact them as they are still here so I will report this to Subway Corporate and see if they are able to implement some form of corrective actions
