Never in my life have I seen someone that looked like they hated their job more than the lady that served us just now. She also told me that my son's turkey flatbread sandwich can't toasted because "it makes the bread too crispy." He's 9, and knows how he likes his food and we always toast them at other locations. I’m writing this review straight from the subway because this was, hands down, the worst Subway experience we’ve ever had. While we were in line, a woman named K (who claimed to be the manager and had pink hair) suddenly yelled at my 11-year-old son, accusing him of peeling a sticker off the glass. We were completely shocked, the sticker was already peeling from all corners, and my son didn’t even have his hand on the glass.
