Today, October 10th, a guy and a girl were working. If you want to get full, let the girl serve you. She's clearly a professional and loves her job. She serves everything in large portions and carefully. The guy who served me served exactly half as much; I think he's a newbie. I don't want to give a low rating because of this, as the place is clean and well-maintained.

Never in my life have I seen someone that looked like they hated their job more than the lady that served us just now. She also told me that my son's turkey flatbread sandwich can't toasted because "it makes the bread too crispy." He's 9, and knows how he likes his food and we always toast them at other locations. I wasn't about to argue with this pink haired lady because she already seemed upset with the people in front when we walked in. I’m writing this review straight from the subway because this was, hands down, the worst Subway experience we’ve ever had. While we were in line, a woman named K (who claimed to be the manager and had pink hair) suddenly yelled at my 11-year-old son, accusing him of peeling a sticker off the glass. We were completely shocked, the sticker was already peeling from all corners, and my son didn’t even have his hand on the glass. He calmly said, “I didn’t do anything, my hand was in the air,” but she continued to raise her voice.... read more
