They either need to have more employees working during peak hours or train employees to prioritize and/or multi-task. There were two lines when I arrived: the walk-in line and the line for the to-go orders as the to-go receipts piled up on the counter. I had to ask at the counter for to-go order to be started, and waited double my estimated time. The guy behind me in the to-go line was still waiting when I left. Thankfully the ingredients were fresh and tasted good.
I’ve been to this Subway several times, and I’ve always had a great experience. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Every time I’ve visited, the store has been clean, well-stocked, and the service has been quick and friendly. My sandwich has always been made exactly how I asked, with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. They messed up my order a few years ago and I hadn't been back in a long time, until yesterday. Not only did they forgot MOST of the topping I ordered for my sandwich but when I tried to complain to Subway they claim my issue has been resolved even though I was never credit or even contacted about resolving my issues. Something tells me this is simply bad ownership.
They don’t take coupons for most sandwiches. They have a sign in an inconspicuous area that says that that’s easy to miss. Ended up paying almost twice what the price would be if I could’ve used the coupon. Corporate should not allow franchises to do that.
