We stopped in today, and the person working there was clearly acting like they were on something — twitching, rambling incoherently, and moving erratically. It took nearly 20 minutes to serve just three people ahead of us. My wife and daughter were genuinely scared. It felt unsafe, and the person claiming to be the manager was totally unprofessional. Just go to Starbucks next door or find another place to eat
Absolutely the slowest subway in existence.
This m these guys had no sense of urgency whatsoever. My online order wasn't ready until 30 minutes after the commit time. They only started making it after I waited in line for 15 minutes. They seem to know how to do their jobs. They just need to pick up the pace.
We got there, they were preparing some sandwiches and didn't even look at us, we were standing there in front of then two for at least 5 minutes, and they had no reaction at all... like if we were not even there, very poor customer service skills.
Put in an order through the app, went at the time it said to pick it up. Not ready. Lady at the counter told ne she tried to call me and my vm was full, to let me know they didnt have lettuce. So they never even made them ,then she tells me because I didnt pickup she took the other online order and that was bigger with 6 sandwiches (compared to my 4), and proceeds to tell me come back in 30min.
