Every time I've been to this establishment, the customer service is nonexistent. They only work one employee per shift, which is just a bad business move. If anyone comes through the door, the one lady who works there starts mumbling under her breath because she's annoyed that customers are walking in. Sorry! where do you think your paycheck comes from? Also, if there are online orders, you must stand there and wait for all of those sandwiches to be finished, even if you're the only one in the store.

Took 2 hours for them to even start on my order then never texted when it got done like said they would in the app so my drinks are watered down and warm and my food is cold. I do not recommend this subway to anyone EVER. We’re even missing things on top of the other problems. Would give 0 stars if could. 45$ later now I just have cold food and a deep hatred to this restaurant.
No meat balls? Is this subway, for a hang out for dropouts?
