Very sweet workers
Snotty teenagers working they have no care as to customers nor their orders. The owners are just as bad!
Everytime we go its been a different person making our food, and they are always so kind and personable, We love Salem’s subway but mostly the employees.
So if you have an issue, they try very hard not to fix it. I found hair baked into the bread of my sandwich. I asked for a refund. They said they could have the management refund my money that night. 2 days later I'm still being told that the manager is going to refund it tonight. I have asked to be contacted by the manager and still have yet to be contacted. This is unacceptable. Update... now it's been almost a week that I was told I would get a refund.
