The employee wasn't inside the building when we entered. She came back inside after seeing us enter and did not greet us. She was very visibly upset and annoyed that we were there, attitude was rude and they didn't listen/pay attention to the order, we had to repeat ourselves several times. When we got to the condiments, she seemed to be agitated and really squeezed the bottles hard. Very disappointing experience. The employee was rude, had no energy, gave no greeting, and barely spoke during the entire order. Customer service was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. After we left, she was outside smoking. Overall, not a good experience and I won’t be coming back.
The lady working today cut me off from speaking twice, was extremely rude, and made me wait an additional 10 minutes purely because she felt like it. What a horrible experience.
