Wow. What a confusing experience. Why do they not have a kids menu like every other Subway I've been to? Why was my kid's 6inch Italian herb literally the size of a hot dog bun (see pic, meat is salami for size reference)? Why did she need to cut all the sliced tomatoes in half before putting them on the sandwich? Why are veggie patties on the menu but we were told they don't exist anymore (usually they're out, but that's the answer we expect)? Despite the small size, it has a great atmosphere and friendly employees, they are always welcoming and make sure the food is always done right.? My life and deal with the pain.

What can I say, this is probably one of the best Subways I have gone to in Albany. Well managed. Staff is excellent and they make sure to make the sub I want the way I want it. Esp, Tuna with everything hits the spot. Very friendly and the subs taste fresh with all the veggies and toppings the same. Always pick one up for lunch and they have it ready on time, which is a big plus. Will keep coming.
