⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service! There was a glitch on the Subway website that caused my order to be placed at the wrong location. When I explained what happened, the staff at the Central Ave location were very understanding and helped me get a refund without making the situation difficult. I really appreciate how kind and helpful they were. Thank you for taking care of the issue!
10/10 experience the guy was super nice I asked for extra pickles and everything and he delivered
Went 3 times over the past 2 weeks, first time got a philly cheesteak, noticed there was barely any steak, 2nd time ordered 50% more, same result barely any steak, 3rd time ordered double steak hoping this would change things, it was the exact same, barely a thin layer of steak and filled up all the way with lettuce. The employee wasn't inside the building when we entered. She came back inside after seeing us enter and did not greet us. She was very visibly upset and annoyed that we were there, attitude was rude and they didn't listen/pay attention to the order, we had to repeat ourselves several times. When we got to the condiments, she seemed to be agitated and really squeezed the bottles hard. Very disappointing experience. The employee was rude, had no energy, gave no greeting, and barely spoke during the entire order. Customer service was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. After we left, she was outside smoking. Overall, not a good experience and I won’t be coming back.
