The senior lady at the counter was incredibly rude and nasty. I wonder how she is in hospitality industry while carrying this attitude! I generally don’t care and don’t raise concerns about bad behaviour but I was shocked to see how curtly she spoke to my son just because he was touching bit of counter glass while ordering. All through she carried this annoyed and constipated look. I am aghast and absolutely dumbfounded. Never seen this lack of mannerism before by someone’s from this industry,

I immediately called the store and asked to speak to the young man who made my sandwich. After I explained the issue, he insisted he had made it correctly and repeatedly implied that I was lying. He asked me to read the receipt to him again, but even after I did, he continued to insist he “fixed it right.” While I was still on the phone, he began talking to his coworker about my order and incorrectly stated that I had claimed mayonnaise was on the sub—which I had never said. John Bach and Phil Jurgensen hired us to renovate this restaurant and failed to pay a considerable amount of money to these men and their families.If you eat here then you’re supporting thieves.

Hello! This is to any ignorant reviewers who decide to give one star when they could of fixed their own problem. If you want the cheese on your sandwich melted you don't ask for simply warmed up. You ask for toasted. Warmed up just means your cheese and bread will be warmed, thought that was common sense. Second of all, if you don't think your sandwich doesn't have enough toppings you can literally request for more while you're ordering it, you don't have to wait 20 minutes after you've already ordered to complain. I bought a steak baguette here and within one hour of eating it, had an upset stomach, to the point where I actually wretched. I am not convinced that some of the food here, especially more expensive products like steak, is cooked fresh daily. Whatever I was served was unfit for human consumption and certainly not fresh.
