I've given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times. The staff is rude. They don't prepare orders correctly, they substitute things without asking. They also argue with you about what you have paid for and I have been ripped off here several times. Today I was charged for three bottled drinks, given three fountain drinks and was told I was wrong regardless of the physical evidence I have on my email receipt as well as computer history. Food- amazing, service- horrible! The worker was so rude and kept rolling his eyes at us. Never had this kind of problem at any subway before but this is the kind of service to never come back to this location.
Showed up an hour after opening. No food prepared. One guy on his phone on the back, didn't wash his hands before going to handle the food. Might not be back.
