Greeted as we walk in the door..."can we at least make it simple since it's so close to closing time?" Excellent food... TERRIBLE customer service...I completely understand closing time... however, there is never an excuse for rudeness...we've had a long night trying to find a restaurant near us. I frequently stop into this store on my lunch break. Every time I go in everyone has been so kind to me, and I’ve never had a single issue at this location. The service is always great, everyone always has a great attitude and I’ve never had a bad interaction. Kathy is usually the one to make my food and she’s always been extremely kind and she even knows exactly what I want when I come in. Such a lovely subway! I love how the inside of the store is nostalgic, pretty and clean ! Booth seating and table seating available.
The sandwiches were tasty and the young man, Wyatt, was friendly, courteous and a conscientious person.
