Would give zero if I could ! Live 20 minutes away and ordered pickup via DoorDash so food would be ready when I arrive. Employee told me they don’t make the order until the person that order gets there because some door dashers don’t come pick up the orders. Which is not my problem!…There should be a disclaimer or remove door dash from this store because it defeats the whole purpose of picking up, if I still have to wait. Ridiculous

One of the ladies working there was pretty rude, didn’t catch her name tho. Also they “apparently” can’t give you any kind of chicken with the mini 3 inch sub because “subway doesn’t allow them to”??? But I’m pretty sure this isn’t a rule because I’ve gotten chicken with a 3 inch sub at multiple other locations before so… Anyways, probably just get Buc-ee’s.
Went in from traveling to see my grandmother who isn’t doing so well. It was a long day, and we stopped for a sandwich, although we were able to get our order the tension after a correction for our order was absolutely ridiculous. We were given poor customer service and attitude, I think there needs to be a grown adult supervising. The teens/young adults in there were immature and seemed to feed off of each other.
