Staff person did not let me use washrooms. I need to be a customer to use the washrooms. Very inhumane and non professional

The staff at the establishment were friendly, but I was concerned by the lack of proper hand hygiene. The same gloves were used by the worker to mop the floor, handle money, prepare my sandwich, and then continue to make other sandwiches. While I understand that things can get busy, it’s troubling to see gloves being worn for tasks like handling cash and preparing food, as it compromises cleanliness.
